1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging BizNes Booster (operated under Hotash Tech) for digital marketing, Meta advertising campaign management, or creative services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

BizNes Booster provides digital marketing agency services, including but not limited to:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) strategy, setup, management, and continuous optimization.
• Digital audience research, creative copywriting, and ad design.
• Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics integration.
• Performance monitoring, reporting, and marketing consultation.

3. Meta Advertising Compliance & Client Responsibilities

All advertising campaigns executed by BizNes Booster must strictly adhere to Meta's Advertising Standards, Community Guidelines, and Terms of Service. Clients agree that:

• All products, services, and content promoted are legitimate, lawful, and comply with all applicable local and international regulations.
• No deceptive, misleading, infringing, or prohibited materials (as defined by Meta policies) will be submitted for advertising campaigns.
• The client holds appropriate licenses, trademarks, and permissions for any media assets provided.

4. Agency Role & Performance Expectations

BizNes Booster employs industry best practices, data-driven methodologies, and modern marketing techniques to maximize advertising return on ad spend (ROAS), leads, and reach. However, as digital platform algorithms, auction dynamics, market demand, and third-party policies operate beyond direct agency control, specific revenue numbers cannot be legally guaranteed.

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

All service fees and agreed advertising campaign management charges must be settled according to the agreed terms via verified payment channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct Bank Transfer). Official payment receipts and invoices are provided for all transactions.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Both parties agree to treat proprietary business information, strategies, and customer data as confidential. Custom ad creatives, copy, and graphics generated specifically for the client upon full payment become the client's marketing property, while agency frameworks and methodologies remain the intellectual property of BizNes Booster.

7. Modifications to Terms

BizNes Booster reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our marketing services after any revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
